How we use your details

Who we are

CONRIS Entertainment is run by Connor Newdick and Chris Pomeroy, based in North Wales. We are responsible for the personal details you send us.

What we collect

When you send our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, event type, date, venue, how you heard about us and your message. We don’t collect anything else through this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you book with us, plan and deliver your event. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into an agreement with us. We will never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, the service that runs our enquiry form, so it passes through FormSubmit and our email provider. They handle it on our behalf. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a booking, we delete it within 12 months. If you book with us, we keep booking records for as long as we need them to deliver your event, and financial records for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can also object to how we use them. To do any of these, email connor@conris.co.uk or call 07377 993156.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set any cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device’s IP address when the page loads. Links to Facebook, TikTok and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
